About this new policy of duplicate listing, i have a couple of questions:

1. It said “The new policy does not apply to Auction-style listings”

so, if i list item for example list as 99cents auction style, does it means this new policy does not apply to me? Yes that’s exactly what it means.
2. Does this policy apply to ebay thru-out the world? or just specific hot ebay sites only? I believe it is being brought in worldwide, but check your local eBay’s duplicate listings policy to find out. BM

If people intentionally list the same item multiple times then they are clearly trying to take advantage of the loophole. Until now.
