Skype Password Token Phishing Scam
I get a few comments and emails from people moaning about the lack of SEO articles and the number of phishing email and trojan malware scams that I feature on the blog, but they are outweighed 50 to 1 by the number of thankyou emails I receive from people that are not so spam-aware as others. So please, if you don’t want to read this article about the Skype Password Token phishing scam or any of the other spam email warnings I feature on the site, bugger off and read someone else’s blog - it’s my blog and I’ll do what the hell I like with it!
This is simply a quick warning about a well put together Skype phishing email that’s doing the rounds.
The subject line on most of the Skype password emails I received was Password Token, with my Christian name before it or after it. They came from various email addresses, the one I’m looking at was from AllyIllescas@sky.com .
The Skype password token phishing email reads:

If the link doesn’t work, you can enter the code manually using this token: 68d1fe72685d9bce72685d1f4f4feb6a
